Sometimes things just happen for a reason. Sawyer came into our lives unexpectedly and yet now that he is with us it feels like he was always a part of our family. He loves to snuggle, loves to play fetch, tries (albiet unsuccessfully) to play with our old and sick dog Bella, and when he gets the inevitable "back off" snarl from her, he walks away politely. He seems to understand that she can't play anymore... but he still tries... everyday!

He has a puppy zest for life. He's eager to learn and thrilled to play with new friends in the neighborhood as well as the slew of kids that frequent our house. We adore him and can't believe that anyone would give him up. He won't have to worry about that again because he has his forever family now.
