Happy Endings - Buddy

Hi, my name is Buddy (formerly Jack). I was rescued by GoldHeart in May 2008. Today my typical day consists of playing with my Golden older brother Bogey in the house, in the yard, in the living room, in the bed, well, everywhere. I have a cat sister named Mittie, and sometimes I chase her, but boy she is quick! During the hot days of summer we play in the small pool in the back yard and we go on morning and evening walks throughout the neighborhood. Almost every weekend we go to the beach in Ocean City, Maryland and do I love to ride in the van. Using the elevator was a little scary but now it is no problem. I also enjoy playing tag with Bogey in the bay. Can't wait until October when we can play in the ocean.

Jack & the Hixon Family

When I first came to live with my family I was very small - only about 30 pounds at 9 months. Today I weigh 50 pounds! My new family adopted me in June 2008 (they lost their Golden girl Ginger in February 2008) and boy am I lucky. My family would like to thank GoldHeart for rescuing me and allowing me to become a part of their family.
