Standard Operating Procedures Changes

Members,

It has been my intent for the past 2 years to revise and update our Bylaws and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). The Bylaws and SOP's I have are from 2001. It has come to my attention that the Bylaws and SOP's may have been updated since that time. Knowing that the Bylaws must be consistent in order to be enforced under the laws of the State of Maryland, the volunteers working on this project have suspended work until such time as we can determine the most effective path to follow.
